「首都物業」最早於1994年成立「首都機電公司」,後隨著市場需求及政府法規之改變,遂改名為「首都公寓大廈管理維護股份有限公司」。20多年來始終秉持著「誠信專業」的經營理念及「以人為本」的企業文化精神為基礎,在物業產業中,精心規劃出「機電整合」、「安全維護」、「生活與行政」、「環境清潔」等服務項目 。

Metropolis Property was first established as "Metropolis Mechanical and Electrical Service Company" in 1994, and later renamed "Metropolis Apartment Building Management and Maintenance Co., Ltd." due to changes in market demands and government regulations. For over 27 years, based on the integrity and professional philosophy and the corporate culture spirit of "client-satisfaction oriented", we have carefully adhered the business service items such as “building and accessory equipment preservation & maintenance”, “life comfort and convenience services", "environmental sanitation& cleaning" and some other comprehensive services.
The service lineup in the Metropolis is composed of experienced on-site personnel and a strong logistics team with the spirit of full efforts, so that clients can be entrusted. During the service period, the Metropolis operates diligently through professionalism, as a result, we have gained deep trust from customers and established a good reputation in Taiwan.

憑著多年長期在機電管理累積的 KNOW HOW,除了能提供具有效益的改善計畫之外,還能替客戶進行”節約能源”的分析評估,透過電費模擬分析、需求量控制、雲端控管等方式,以不增加管理費為目標,針對電能、空調、照明等設備進行完整的節能分析評估,替客戶省下大筆的電費、維修與人力費用。使營運盈餘增多,進而可更完善維護或增加公設,讓社區維持良好生活品質、成為環境悠美的模範社區。

 

透過電能分析,配合節能方案之施作工程,確實掌握用電量及更換相關的設備,整體的評估與施作後,能替客戶節省約50%~80% 的相關費用。

The completed and professional management mechanism
Different from most of small and medium-sized property companies in Taiwan, who just focus on the basic services of administrative management, while outsourcing the services of mechanical, electrical and cleaning maintenance. The Metropolis is guarded by professional instruments and excellent personnel: Using sophisticated instruments to accurately detect the condition of the equipment, and then ensuring the operation of the system. As for the personnel aspect: The Metropolis cultivates the professional talents needed for various property management, and regularly refines professional skills of practitioners in order to improve the quality of service. Based on the standardization of the operation process and the production of rigorous SOP, a complete management mechanism is formed to make the service more secure.

With over 27 years of experience in property management, the Metropolis understands that "employees" are the most important resource of the company. Free on-site survey planning
According to the industry and customer needs, to provide improvement plans and to make plan of employing the disinfectant and the application process. 
 
Professional disinfectant applicators 
The disinfectant practitioners must have years of practical experience and relevant licenses, and are regularly trained.
 
Advanced machinery and equipment 
Different from other companies one-machine-fit-all methods, the Metropolis adopts effective machinery and equipment for different vector to ensure the quality of disinfectant-operations. 
 
To ensure that there is no harm to the environment and the human body.

.A number of control methods are parallel and multi-pronged, increasing the control effect, reducing drug pollution, and achieving the purpose of environmental protection.
.Chemical control - spraying disinfectant, bait glue to chase away insects.
.Biological control - the use of the mosquito's natural enemies or parasitic pathogenic microorganisms to achieve the purpose of control.
.Environmental control - to improve the home environment, so that it is not conducive to the survival or spawning of mosquitoes.
